Evett Amaro
My name is Evett, I am a multi-disciplinary digital creator and Marine Corps Veteran specialized in developing and implementing communication strategies across multiple digital platforms.
I currently work as the Chief of Public Affairs, at the National Museum of the Marine Corps helping to develop and support the museum’s strategic communications plan, working in concert with partner organizations. I have 7 years of experience in the communication strategies and operations field from my current position and my time at Headquarters Marine Corps, The Pentagon, where I served as a public affairs specialist, supervisor, and the subject matter expert for all graphic design products. This role, along with my entire service in the Marine Corps, provided me with valuable experience and a unique perspective in communicating with diverse audiences while representing a strong branded and respected organization.
I have demonstrated skills in public affairs, social media strategy, crisis communication, and community relations, which I utilize to maintain an organization’s public presence and brand confidence.
I am eager to continue learning and growing in the field!
